WEIHAI XIGANG INTERNATIONAL YACHT CLUB. 37°31.198N, 122°0.805E

Weihai is 197nm northeast of Qingdao and Weihai Island is in front of Jangjia Bay, about 2nm from Weihai. Weihai Xigang International Yacht Club was established in 2006 and is in Xiaoshidao Harbour on Xiaoshi Island in the Yellow Sea.

The ‘No. 1 Pier’ has berths for 20 yachts under 20m (all sold or occupied at date of posting) and a high-end clubhouse was under development to provide catering, accommodation, leisure and entertainment facilities.

TIANJIN MUNICIPALITY

Tianjin is a major port in northeast China, located on the west coast of the Bohai Gulf.


Qinhuangdao Hongzhou International Yacht Club
About 125nm northeast of Tianjin and 161nm northwest of Dalian is the Hebei Province port city of Qinhuangdao, located on the Bohai Sea, the innermost gulf of the Yellow Sea.

The authorities are planning to develop the water sports industry in Hebei Province and the plan extends to transforming the existing Xigang docklands in Liaoning Province into a cruise terminal and sailing yacht harbour. Watch this space!
